Senate to enact law to regulate Industrial actions by Tertiary institutions

Information coming in says that the senate maybe enacting law that limits the way Tertiary institutions go on industrial action. We all know that tertiary institutions cannot just go on strike without receiving orders from their union such as ASUU. Before now, ASUU has been on strike for more than 3 months . The effect of the strike cannot be over emphasized as it is affecting everybody especially the students who have been sitting at home. Even those that sell in the different campuses of the various institutions have been complaining that their market is not moving as students are not around to buy from them. lol.... Who is to blame for this 'striking things'? I think this strike should just come once and for all....Let the demands of ASUU be met so that the strike will stop.
